For every booking placed, Sport Sitters supports female student-athletes in our community and women’s athletics. A small processing fee is added to each transaction.

Booking an athlete puts you at the top of their lineup. They commit to your scheduled date and time just like they commit to a game.
Confirmed jobs that are canceled <72 hours from the start time are charged a cancellation fee.
These fees protect the experience by reinforcing that every booking is a real obligation. They compensate your athlete for expected earnings during the time blocked off by your family. They are unable to accept other work after accepting your request.
There are no cancellation charges for pending requests that are canceled.
Credit card information saved in your profile is required to submit a booking request. Payment is processed when your athlete checks-out and based on the actual service rendered including start and end time, children present, etc. A third party processing fee is applied to all transactions.
Rather than choosing a specific athlete, our system pairs you with the best athlete available for your needs - just like drafting the right player at the right time.
You will receive a SMS as soon as an athlete accepts your booking request. You can tap their profile to see details about them, including their school, team, and roster link to share with your children before their arrival.
Because of season play and training cycles, athlete availability shifts throughout the year, and our system helps ensure your request gets filled quickly and reliably.
Athletes must work through a brand to be in compliance with NCAA NIL laws. Families are prohibited from direct requests, circumventing the platform, soliciting, or pressuring athletes to break terms of service, including the exchange of personal contact details, in any way or may be removed from the platform and incur significant fines. In-app technology identifies this behavior and flags accounts for review. Play by the rules to stay in the game!
Our messaging and call service within the app allows families and athletes to easily communicate. Maintain a strong internet connection for all voip services working best. Keep all communication within the app facilitates the documentation and oversight of interactions, which is critical for safety of both parties, payments, and resolving any disputes or concerns that may arise or other terms of business.
All bookings require a minimum of 3 hours and can be scheduled for a maximum of 10 hours.
Bookings start as early as 7:00 AM, with the latest start time at 9:00 PM. All bookings must end by 2:00 AM.
Request the latest time you may come home so the athlete paired with your booking will be available for the complete possible duration. You will only be charged for the actual time away.
You only pay for the time you are away, prorated to the exact minute after meeting the required 3 hour minimum.
When creating a booking request, you will be prompted to select which kids on your account that will be present.
Review text is private and only visible to our internal team. We ask for direct feedback after each booking to help us improve the platform, support our athletes, and ensure the best possible experience for all families. Your input helps us address any issues promptly and recognize outstanding athletes!
Star ratings are visible on a user’s profile.
Sport Sitters do not provide transportation. Our athletes strengths shine through movement, engagement, and play, not behind the wheel. For safety and consistency, all bookings are completed in home. This ensures your child receives the full attention and energy of our athletes in a safe, supervised environment.
