Instead, it provides a third-party booking service, enabling users to schedule various services, including those related to childcare, through its platform. Sport Sitters expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for the services provided by third parties through its platform.

User Data may be shared with third-party service providers to whom the App Operator outsources certain business tasks, such as website maintenance, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, or customer service. The App Operator does not share or sell mobile information, including text messaging opt-in data and consent, to third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are collected and retained solely for the purpose of facilitating authorized communications and are not disclosed to any third parties, except as necessary to fulfill customer service tasks in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The App Operator recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of children. Accordingly, the App does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Data from children under the age of 13 without obtaining verifiable parental consent through a secure online process that requires parents to provide verifiable information to confirm their identity and relationship to the child. This process is conducted in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws.
Child Information: Information regarding children under the care of the User, such as age, gender, interests, and home safety information (e.g., presence of a pool, firearms, and safety measures), as well as medical information including diagnosis and allergies. This information is collected to help match families with suitable sitters and is not disclosed to third parties except as necessary to facilitate the booking and provision of services.
In the event that the App Operator becomes aware that Personal Data from a child under the age of 13 has been collected without verifiable parental consent, the App Operator will take all necessary steps to delete such information as quickly as possible. If a parent or guardian believes that the App has inadvertently collected Personal Data from their child under the age of 13, they are encouraged to contact the App Operator immediately so that appropriate actions can be taken.
The App may provide links to third-party websites that are not operated by the App Operator. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. The App Operator does not endorse, nor is it responsible for, the privacy practices or content of these third-party websites.

In the course of processing payments for services provided through the App, Sport Sitters, may utilize Stripe, a third-party payment processing service. By engaging in transactions on the App, the User consents to the processing of their Personal Data by Stripe for the purpose of completing the payment. The App Operator does not store or process payment card details directly; instead, this information is processed and stored by Stripe, which acts as a Processor on behalf of the App Operator.

By registering and using the App, Users consent using integrated third-party services for all communications between sitters and families for the exchange of MMS, voice calls, video calls, or other communications. In-app MMS communication is essential to the operation of the App and can only be opted out by discontinued use of the App.
By registering and using the App, Users provide consent to receive SMS messages. These messages are for the purpose of appointment updates and transaction notifications. Messages are sent from the Company’s preferred third-party SMS services, such as Twilio. Users acknowledge that these communications include automated messages and technologies. Users have the right to opt-out of receiving SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message received from the Company.
To ensure the safety and integrity of the platform, all in-app communications between Users are stored and monitored. By using the app, Users consent to the collection, retention, and review of these communications for the purpose of ensuring compliance with Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct, investigating and resolving complaints or disputes, protecting the safety and well-being of all users, enforcing our policies and applicable laws or any other reason deemed necessary. These communications may be reviewed by authorized Company personnel and may be shared with legal authorities if required by law or in connection with a legal claim, investigation, or request. Use of the app constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to this monitoring.
Mailchimp or other email marketing service
When providing email communication services, the Company may utilize Mailchimp, a third-party email marketing service, or similar. Messages are primarily related to bookings, such as reminders or updates, and to share promotional pricing or special offers. Users can opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the email or contacting support@sportsitters.pro directly. Users may continue to receive booking-related emails that are essential to the operation of the App even if they opt out of promotional messages.

The App Operator recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy and rights of Users in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
